The primary interface to Pearl Comments is a sidebar that you open within your web browser.  As you surf the web, comments associated with the page you are viewing are shown in the top portion of the sidebar.

Comments apply to an entire page or a portion of a page.  Clicking on a comment in the sidebar highlights the portion of the page to which it applies.
